The full cream milk powder is produced with fresh raw milk, that is pasteurized, evaporated and finally spray dried. Our Whole Milk Powder is produced with pasteurized, evaporated and spray dried fresh raw milk.

Estancias del Lago has the capability of producing full cream milk powder, Agglomerated or Instant, the latter one with an outstanding solubility and humectability.

Suggested uses

Full cream milk powder
• As a reconstituted milk: in yogurts, fermented milk, ice cream, dairy desserts and confectionery.
• As an ingredient for powders: in bakeries and powder blends.

• To be fractionated as a product for final consumers.
